Infant & Family Sleep Consultations

Private consult, babies age 0 to 3 years

Sleep is one of the areas where new parents receive the most conflicting advice. My sleep consults are grounded in neuroscience of nurture, attachment, and infant brain development, helping families understand what is biologically normal for infant sleep and how responsive caregiving supports healthy development.

Together we will look at your baby’s sleep patterns, development, environment, and your family’s needs to identify practical, responsive ways to support sleep.

These consultations are ideal for parents who want science-informed sleep guidance without sleep training approaches.

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)

Private Consult

PMDD is a “cyclical, hormone-based mood disorder with symptoms arising during the premenstrual, or luteal phase of the menstrual cycle and subsiding within a few days of menstruation.” While PMDD is directly connected to cycles, it is not a hormone imbalance. “PMDD is a severe negative reaction in the brain to the natural rise and fall of estrogen and progesterone.”

Symptom tracking across at least 2 cycles is one step to diagnosis, and cycle tracking in addition to other approaches and treatments plays a significant role in managing life with PMDD.
